I'm not the kind of person who use to make purposes for the new year, rather my concerns lead to do new purposes and new activities whatever the time of year. In this case I have three purposes in a short time and they have coincided with the beginning of the year.
First of all, starting helping in a social dining, I've always colaborated in a way more or less active, but in this moment I would like to help in a active way again and soon I' ll go to a meeting to get information and start helping.
Second, and not for a spiritual reason but as a tool for relaxing, I would like to practice yoga training and it's posible that pilates training too, I have just bought a book called: Manual de yoga integral para occidentales.
And finally, overcome laziness and play the piano again. I' ll tell you if I meet my objetives. And you, have you decided what do you want for this new year?
